Full-Time Hybrid Position • Priority Insurance • Greenville, SC


We are actively seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Full-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our Agency Director in the Property and Casualty insurance business located in Greenville, South Carolina. You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence in a high-volume agency while delivering outstanding service to a diverse clientele. A Property and Casualty license is a plus but not required. Strong typing skills and computer literacy are a must.


This is a full-time position with the ability to work some hours virtually. We are flexible; however, most hours will be in the office. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and confident working both independently and collaboratively.

Training & Education

We offer in-house training for each department, lasting between 1 to 4 weeks based on the role’s complexity. You will be paired with a mentor in each department to support your onboarding and learning process, ensuring a strong start from day one.

Key Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the Agency Director.
  • Follow up with clients via phone, email, or text regarding outstanding documents.
  • Ensure all appropriate forms are completed and submitted.
  • Input client and policy data into our management system.
  • Help maintain agency organization and task tracking.
  • Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain necessary information.

Responsibilities in Support of Agency Director

Customer Service

  • Anticipate and understand clients’ insurance needs.
  • Clearly present and explain insurance products and coverage options.
  • Conduct fact-finding calls and assist with documentation.



Inside Marketing

  • Support marketing efforts through digital and phone outreach.
  • Help manage the current book of business.
  • Assist with entering quotes and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
  • Prepare the Agency Director for client meetings.


Licensing and Compliance

  • Stay up to date with industry regulations.
  • Assist the Agency Director in maintaining compliance standards.
  • If licensed, you will be expected to perform licensed tasks such as quoting and binding coverage, processing policy changes and endorsements that require a license, and providing coverage recommendations.
  • If licensed, maintain an active Property and Casualty license.

Qualifications

  • P&C Customer Service experience — minimum of one (1) year required.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable handling communications via phone and online platforms.
  • Property and Casualty license a plus, but not required.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus.
