Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Full-Time Hybrid Position

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Full-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our Agency Manager in the Property and Casualty insurance business located in Greenville, South Carolina. You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence in a high-volume agency while delivering outstanding service to a diverse clientele. A valid Property and Casualty license is required. Strong typing skills and computer literacy are a must.


This is a full-time hybrid role that begins in-office and will evolve into a blend of remote and in-office work. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and confident working both independently and collaboratively.

Training & Education

We offer in-house training for each department, lasting between 1 to 4 weeks based on the role’s complexity. You will be paired with a mentor in each department to support your onboarding and learning process, ensuring a strong start from day one.

Key Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the Agency Manager.
  • Follow up with clients via phone, email, or text regarding outstanding documents.
  • Ensure all appropriate forms are completed and submitted.
  • Input client and policy data into our management system.
  • Help maintain agency organization and task tracking.
  • Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain necessary information.

Responsibilities in Support of Agency Manager

  1. Customer Service
  2. Anticipate and understand clients’ insurance needs.
  3. Clearly present and explain insurance products and coverage options.
  4. Conduct fact-finding calls and assist with documentation.
  5. Inside Marketing
  6. Support marketing efforts through digital and phone outreach.
  7. Help manage the current book of business.
  8. Assist with entering quotes and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
  9. Prepare the Agency Manager for client meetings.
  10. Licensing and Compliance
  11. Stay up to date with industry regulations.
  12. Assist the Agency Manager in maintaining compliance standards.
  13. Maintain an active Property and Casualty license.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable handling communications via phone and online platforms.
